Collection story: Pahari paintings-about bright colours, charcoal, and brushes of squirrel’s hair.

I am honoured to have contributed to Wereldverhalen, an online series of stories from the collections of the Wereldmuseums . The story is available here

I wrote a short but very visual piece on the technique used in Pahari paintings, illustrated with works from the Wereldmuseum Leiden, as part of the online wereldverhalen series (world stories). Thanks to Marijke Kunst giving me this opportunity !

The story is richly illustrated with digital images taken with the Dino-lite digital USB microscope.
